A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback on the agreed design. New pages, new functionality, major direction changes, and work outside the written scope need a separate agreement.
Small, specifically agreed page or feature additions can use $50 units. This is not a flat price for any feature: custom systems, ecommerce, complex estimators, and other substantial work are scoped separately. Third-party subscriptions and ongoing expenses are separate.
Agree first. Then a fixed 25% package deposit. Standard $125 · Premium $187.50 · VIP $250. Agreed add-ons do not increase the initial package deposit. The remaining package balance and final agreed add-ons are due after final review, before launch.
You choose and pay directly for your domain, hosting, email, and other third-party services. A free concept requires no deposit. The agreed-project form is provided after our conversation.

Use the preview as a starting point for a conversation. If it’s a fit, we agree on pages, content, revisions, functionality, price, and schedule before your deposit.
Once your scope and deposit are confirmed, I build the agreed website. We review the mobile layout, links, and forms before final approval, balance payment, and launch.

New businesses, local service providers, and growing companies across a range of industries. I’m based in Rome, Georgia and work with owners nationwide. Groundwork is one design example, not a limit on the types of businesses I serve. We’ll discuss whether your needs fit what I can deliver well.
Only after our conversation and written scope agreement. Your fixed base-package deposit is $125, $187.50, or $250. The remaining package balance and final agreed add-ons are paid after final review, before launch. Domains, hosting, business email, premium software, and other ongoing services are chosen and paid for separately.
We define the addition and its price before work begins. The $50 units apply only to small additions we have specifically agreed. Complex functionality and substantial changes need their own scope and quote. No additional work is authorized by simply selecting a quantity on the project form.
The first 30 days include help with technical problems related to the delivered website. New content, redesigns, third-party issues, and additions are outside that initial support scope. Later updates or ongoing assistance can be discussed and quoted separately. No maintenance subscription or automatic recurring charge is included in the build packages.
We confirm a realistic build schedule before your deposit, including when your copy, photographs, approvals, and required access will be ready. If something changes, I’ll contact you to agree on the next step.
